But! Yesterday, I decided to start "Eating Clean". So, this week's food is going to be showing a bit all over the place. :-)
Water consumption is a given. I drink a minimum of 80 oz a day. It's a habit.
Thursday:
B- Veggie beef chili
S- Pretzel M&Ms
L- Applebee's - grilled shrip/spinach salad & 3-cheese chicken penne
D- McDonalds - double cheeseburger, sm fries, sm coke
Friday:
B- Venti Chai, 1 egg, 1 buckwheat pancake, honey
L- tortilla chips & salsa, chicken chimichanga
D- 2 spring rolls, 1/4 cup peanut sauce
Saturday:
B- Ortega Turkey Melt, fries, ranch dressing, ice tea
S- string cheese
L- 1/4 of a Papa Murphy's family size Cowboy pizza
D- 1/8 of a Papa Murphy's family size Cowboy pizza, can of coke
Sunday:
B- Everything Bagel, spinach/garlic cream cheese, lemon poppyseed bread, iced decaf mocha
D- Potato Bacon soup (2 bowls), hot turkey sausages (3), green salad w/ blue cheese, beets
Monday:
B- 1/8 of a Papa Murphy's family size Cowboy pizza
L- Black Bear chef salad, ranch dressing
D- McDonalds - double cheeseburger, sm fries, sm sprite
Tuesday:
B- Veggie beef chili
S- 2 beefsteak tomatoes with black pepper
L- cheese & spinach whole wheat ravioli, 1/4 cup cottage cheese
D- talipia, 1.5 cup veggies in a bit of olive oil, 1 slice whole grain bread
Wednesday:
B- 1 cup oatmeal with flaxseed, 3 oz turkey breast
S- 1.5 cups frozen red grapes
L- 1 hot turkey sausage, 1 baby bel cheese, 1 slice whole grain bread
S- a few brazil nuts & hazelnuts
D- lean beef, whole wheat linguini, cauliflower/onion/zucchini cooked with a bit of olive oil & basalmic vinegar
My food week will run Thursday to Wednesday, since my weigh-in is Thursday morning.
